Unfortunately, we cannot always spot the errors on our website and you may encounter statements, images, or information that isn’t accurate. We do not accept liability for those circumstances due to any losses that someone may incur. This would include direct, indirect, or consequential.

Product Descriptions

When you read the product descriptions at edpored.hk, you should understand how everything here including the specifications and descriptions are only approximate. We reserve our right to make changes to the product which wouldn’t harm the performance or quality of those products. We also reserve the right to correct errors that may appear on our website, and we can stop selling a product on the site without being held liable. In some cases, you may experience availability and pricing changes on our website, and we reserve the right to do this without notice.

Ordering

When you order products on our website, you will do this by submitting an order form and completing it via the checkout feature. After you complete the order, we will send out an acceptance of your order through email to confirm it. When we send this email, it opens the contract between ourselves and the customer.

Price and Payment

How much the product costs will relate to the price that you saw when you made the order on our website. Along with the price of the product, you may need to pay other things like the cost of the delivery charges for your order. This pricing for the delivery will be quoted to you before you accept the order, and you will see it as part of it. How much you pay for delivery will depend on what you chose for the shipping method and where it will be sent. During the time of the order, you will make the payment via credit card. When we issue a refund, it may be offered in two ways. First, it may be a return to the charge through the credit card, but it could also be given as a store coupon.

We take every imaginable care when it comes to the content that we post on this website. Unfortunately, you could still encounter the occasional error or misquote on a medication. In those cases, we will normally contact you about it and ask if you would like to cancel the order. In some cases, we may automatically cancel the order. We reserve the right to do this at our own discretion. We do not have an obligation to uphold the price that was misquoted on the website.

Product Delivery

When you order our products, you will notice that edpored.hk upholds some of the highest standards for delivery. You can expect two forms of delivery for our products:

  • Regular delivery: Delivered in 8 to 10 business days
  • Courier delivery: Delivered in 6 to 8 business days

Delivery time doesn’t include the weekends, nor does it account for national or international holidays. If, at the end of 15 business days, the courier delivery has still not arrived, please contact us about reshipping the product. If, at the end of 21 business days, the product has still not arrived for a regular delivery, please speak with us about reshipping.

How Reshipping Works

When a buyer orders via regular reshipping, refunds or free reshipment may not be allowed due to customs in other countries. They may not provide tracking on their packages. Regular shipping is only done at your own risk.

In some cases, you may receive free reshipping for the following conditions:

  1. Parcel held at customs for over 7 business days
  2. No tracking shown within the last 4 days of the order being placed
  3. No parcel delivery within 15 business days
  4. Delivery made to the wrong address
  5. Received a damaged or incorrect product
  6. Given an ineffective product
  7. Expiration date of under 6 months

Under the following circumstances, no free reshipments can be given:

  • Customer failed to pick up the parcel on time
  • Customer provided the wrong address
  • Parcel was delivered to an address but it went unclaimed or the recipient refused it

Freight

We reserve our right to send out shipping using whatever method that we would see as the most appropriate.

Refunds

Any customer who did not feel satisfied with their order should speak with us immediately. Refunds will be given based on a case-by-case basis and are not a given.

We sell the products at edpored.hk with the intention of serving the consumer market. The products sold here are not meant for resale.
